In a nutshell

Delivering a tablet and smartphone app for the world's leading and largest graduate business school. One team focussed on learners.

The INSEAD programme leveraged our methods of rapid insight gathering and workshops, working across Singapore, London and France. 

But the two things have made the programme so successful so far:
First, the focus on the end users - most importantly the participants, but also faculty, and staff who support them - which has meant every conversation has a purpose and a positive spirit. 

Second, the joint focus on creating a great product has meant that we work as one team across INSEAD and bb, across departments and across regions. 

 
 
 
 
 
 

A clear and compelling experience

The main objective of the application is to guide participants seamlessly from pre-programme preparation through on-campus learning until completion with clear, just-in-time information.

However it is equally important that every aspect of the experience lives up to the INSEAD brand. 

 
 
 

Not only is this a useful omni-channel application in its own right, but it also forms the basis of a platform for the mobile experience of INSEAD on campus and online.
