In a Nutshell

Katz Kiely came to Mirum looking for help in designing the user experience & front-end technology for her new business idea, ‘beep’ (Behavioural Empowerment Enterprise Platform). Working alongside our global CTO Matt Webb, I led a small team, collaborating with Katz, to define the user journeys, high-level branding and app interface to take to investors— launching a pilot with DXC Technology.

Challenge

Leaders don’t listen to their workforce, they only hear about problems when it’s too late. If 87% of the worldwide workforce is disengaged, how might we make them feel heard, driving efficiency and productivity along the way.
